Can I get it? Well, the simple answer is if you are Male, yes you can get it. If you are Female then you can't get prostate cancer, but you can get uterine cancer (but hopefully won't).

How can I reduce my chances of getting prostate cancer? Firstly, get a urine test to find out your levels of 16-OH oestrone - yes, Males have oestrogen as well. This particular type of oestrogen, the 16-OH oestrone, actually promotes the growth of oestrogen dependant cancer cells, suc as prostate, breast and uterine cancers. If you are confirmed to have high levels of this, you can take a supplement which helps to reduce it's levels. The author of this website has used it several times, often with great results.
